“It has come to my attention that an unauthorised copy has been made of my Earwarmers design.
Due to this unauthorised copy, as from December 2009 my items will now carry a sewn in label.
Any Earwarmers/headbands that closely resemble the designs pictured on this site but were not purchased
on this site, or directly from me at a Craft Show or at an approved retail outlet and do not carry the
Earwarmersmclin Label, are unauthorised copies , therefore EarwarmersMclinSocks are not liable in any
way for any garment malfunction or quality issues that might arise from the use of unsuitable/poor quality
yarn that may be used on such unauthorised copies. However, Earwarmers/headbands that are purchased
from this site, myself at shows and approved retail outlets and carry the Earwarmersmclin label are subject to current Trading Standards regulations.”
